Class Types

Essentials & Fundamentals 360° (All levels) - before any house can be built a solid foundation must be established to ensure longevity and stability and the same can be said about the human body. This flow class provides a full body workout utilizing the exercises that are considered to be “essential” when practicing Pilates. A key focus in Essentials is to achieve a solid understanding of proper technique and form to ensure that the body receives its most optimal benefits

 

Gentle Essentials 360° (All Levels) - this is a flow class that moves at a mindful pace and focuses on spinal and joint mobility, muscle toning and strengthening and posture conditioning.    The apparatuses used in these classes will be conducive to ensuring ideal ergonomics.

Elevated Essentials 360° (Intermediate) - this class moves at a moderate pace and takes your Pilates Essential Reformer skills to the next level and adds more challenging movements for the body and mind.

 

Cardio Jump & Pump (All Level) - This class is ideal for those seeking a low to moderate impact approach while still getting an effective cardio session. You'll engage in basic jumping exercises that focus on proper technique, all while strengthening your legs and core. Strength training with weights is also incorporated in this session.

Cardio Jump & Pump (Int/Adv) - Ready to elevate your workout experience! Jumping while lying horizontally is exhilarating, on the Reformer! The Reformer offers an incredible cardio workout while also incorporating weight/strength training. Participants should have a solid grasp of proper jumping technique and basic jumping reformer exercises, as the class progresses into more challenging variations to keep you engaged and motivated!

Barre-ilates - this is a unique Fusion class that combines the best of Pilates Reformer and Barre workouts! The Barre workout focuses on building muscle tone through precise movements and muscle control, all while challenging and enhancing your balance. The Reformer will help to stretch and deepen flexibility, You'll also learn basic ballet dance steps and movements to add fun and challenge to your routine!  

Pilates Potpourri (Intermediate) - this is a dynamic flow class where you'll keep your body moving and your mind engaged as you explore a variety of apparatus, including the reformer, tower, chair, and more. Each session promises to surprise and challenge you, ensuring a refreshing experience every time you attend.
