Class Types
Essentials & Fundamentals 360° (All levels) - before any house can be built a solid foundation must be established to ensure longevity and stability and the same can be said about the human body. This flow class provides a full body workout utilizing the exercises that are considered to be “essential” when practicing Pilates. A key focus in Essentials is to achieve a solid understanding of proper technique and form to ensure that the body receives its most optimal benefits
Gentle Essentials 360° (All Levels) - this is a flow class that moves at a mindful pace and focuses on spinal and joint mobility, muscle toning and strengthening and posture conditioning. The apparatuses used in these classes will be conducive to ensuring ideal ergonomics.
Golden R&R (Reform & Restore) (All Levels) - this restorative movement class is designed for those looking to enhance the mobility of their spine and joints. This class moves at a deliberate and thoughtful pace, focusing on postural alignment, core strengthening, and joint mobility. This class aims to cultivate awareness and promote a healthier, more balanced body.
Elevated Essentials 360° (Intermediate) - this class moves at a moderate pace and takes your Pilates Essential Reformer skills to the next level and adds more challenging movements for the body and mind.
Cardio Jump & Pump (Int/Adv) - love the feeling of jumping on a trampoline? It's even better when jumping horizontally! The Reformer transforms into a jumping apparatus enabling one to get a great cardio workout as well as incorporating strength training.
Pilates Potpourri (Intermediate) - this is a dynamic flow class where you'll keep your body moving and your mind engaged as you explore a variety of apparatus, including the reformer, tower, chair, and more. Each session promises to surprise and challenge you, ensuring a refreshing experience every time you attend.
The Wind Down Workout - (All levels) get your evening off to the right start with this NiteCap workout. Studies show that Stretching before bedtime offers many health benefits. This is a restorative class that focuses on stretching the body, myofascial rolling to release tightness in muscles, mobilizing the joints and relaxing the body and mind. A great way to wind down the day!
