We offer group classes from the Beginner to Advanced Level, as well as Private and Semi Private lessons. Welcome to our Class Schedule page! To book a class, please create your account with TeamUp by clicking the login button to the right, then log in to reserve your spot or use the TeamUp Phone App. Our group class schedule is designed to align with client preferences, ensuring you have access to your favorite classes. Our private sessions and Assess for Success (AFS) Evaluations are scheduled outside of group class times (late am's to mid afternoon, certain evenings and Saturday afternoons). If you don’t see a preferred AFS time online, feel free to call or text at 408-290-4744 to schedule.
